The development of contemporary art is inextricably linked with experiments in digital technology. Classical museums are no longer suitable for multimedia-intensive art objects - such works require fundamentally different spaces. We faced the development of such a space when we were designing the Multimedia Art Museum in one of Dubai's largest shopping malls.
